This process of producing plastic components is a must when high volume, accuracy and intricacy is required.

Almost any colour is achievable ensuring it matches your design.

 

Whilst not as precise as Injection Moulding, this cheaper method allows identical components to be produced. This process is superb for prototyping and low volume requirements.

 

 

Mostly MDF panels with coloured laminates PVA glued in place for strength and good looks. Many laminate finishes are available to give your product class and style.

 

The use of steel frame modules clad with bonded materials makes for a strong but light unit. At later stages in the units life it can be re-clad to reflect decor changes rather than having to replace the complete unit.
